Aila Joy A. Esperida is a teacher at a private school in Singapore. She is a former editor-in-chief of a university campus paper where she further honed her writing skills. As a teacher and writer, she aims to use her knowledge and abilities not only to develop students’ intellect, but also to strengthen their reading skills, financial literacy, and critical thinking.
Carmen N. Refalda is a Computer Science graduate from Bicol University and currently works as a Legislative Researcher at the LGU Polangui. Through her experience in Human Resources and as a junior graphic designer at Pindle Company, she learned that illustration and design are powerful tools for learning and communication. Her goal is to inspire children to learn through colorful characters and stories.
